MAS Holdings
We spearheaded the first-ever global digital recruitment campaign for the MAS Management Trainee programme, seeking applicants from eight countries.
We conducted the entire spectrum of activities from segmentation, targeting to positioning of the strategy, which drove the concept of ‘Changemaker’ through specially curated visuals and content. Targeting was done on multiple platforms including Facebook and Linkedin. For lead capturing and filtering we developed a HRM hub. Thereby providing an end-to-end HR recruitment solution for MAS Holdings.
LAM Research
We created an award winning employee engagement platform for LAM Research, an enterprise with about 14,000 employees globally. We developed a gamified method to share knowledge and keep the employees engaged with the content while being relevant across multiple countries. We won the Around the World in 40 Clicks: PRCA SEA 2021 award for employee engagement for this project.
WSO2 & IFS
Creative strategy for technology companies. We supported WSO2 with their internal onboarding process through an effective communication strategy, and developed creative content for IFS that enabled identification of specific individuals and skill sets for the business.
Keells
We developed an employer branding strategy for Keells Careers utilising specially curated localised content for all digital platforms.
